TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITION

  1. The terms and conditions contained herein, together with any other information on how to enter and win prizes in the competition referred to as the “Instagram Competition” or such other similar reference (“Competition”), comprise the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) to which you submit when entering the Competition. If you submit an entry, or read the Terms and Conditions and thereafter take any steps howsoever with respect to submitting an entry, or otherwise participate in this Competition, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions you are referred to as an “Entrant”.
  2. The promoter is Soul of Gerringong, 143 Belinda Street Gerringong NSW Eligibility Entry is only open to Australian residents.
  3. An Entrant must be the age of 18 years or over.
  4. Employees, and their immediate family, of Soul of Gerringong are not eligible to enter this Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
  5. An Entrant can submit more than one entry, with a maximum of one entry per Instagram photo

How to Enter

  1. This competition will commence at 9:00am on the 14th September 2017 and all entries must be received by 11pm on the 12th October 2017. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
  2.   3. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize. To enter, entrants must suggest a name for the room in the image posted by @soulofgerringong in the comments of the image posted. Along with the suggested name the entrant needs to tag three instagram pages that they believe will be interested in @soulofgerringong. The entrant needs to follow @soulofgerringong and post an image from the @soulofgerringong instagram page tagging @soulofgerringong and using the #sleepatsoul
  4. All correctly completed entries will be judged equally and the owners of the Soul of Gerringong will vote the preferred name of each bedroom image offered in the competition.
  5. The prize for the winner is to stay at the property Soul of Gerringong, 143 Belinda Street Gerringong NSW on the 24th and 25th November 2017.
  6. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The winner will be notified via announcement on the 15th October 2017. The winner must use their prize on the 24th and 25th November 2017. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
  9. By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-owned creation and, to the extent that such entry makes use of any third party materials, that these have been fully cleared unless they are no longer protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Entrants will keep the Promoter harmless from any claims in relation to their entry that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented. Each entrant undertakes to complete any necessary documentation to formalise the licence. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit materials to us.
  10. Each entrant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and the Promoter.
  11. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  12. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook and you agree that Facebook shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
  13. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names instagram page and photographs in such publicity. The winners are asked to take photographs of their winning stay at Soul of Gerringong and hashtag #sleepatsoul
